The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city, with all major attractions just a short and pleasant walk away. the staff at the hotel are polite, friendly, and always ready to help. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with well-maintained carpets and furnishings. the hotel offers a range of facilities including a lobby bar where guests can enjoy complimentary drinks sponsored by a famous brand.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms can be uncomfortable, especially during hot summer days.

Great location and good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby bar had a complimentary drink offer.
The mattress could have been better. The lack of air conditioning and worn-out carpets were a downside.

During my Xmas holidays, I stayed in a hotel with a fantastic location. It was within walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit. the hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff who was accommodating to all my needs. They offered a welcome drink and were attentive to my requests. the room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
That the mattress was not very comfortable, and my back ached after a night's sleep. the breakfast menu was limited with fewer healthy options, which was a letdown.
